What made you decide to recruit someone who has studied abroad?
Our position available requires someone who predominately works with expat clients and deals with sensitive & confidential subject matter. I wanted to hire someone who had lived abroad & been an expat themselves. This allows them to empathize and offer consultations, recommendations & customer service with the highest degree of professionalism. All of which is vital for the role.
